Playlist Instructions…

The following videos are PLAYLISTS and include a series of videos.  To view the list of videos, you will need to click the icon in the control panel of each video (see red arrow in example below).  This will show you a list of the videos in that playlist.  You can then select the specific clip, then press the play icon.

Food Show & Food Challenge

Garnishing – View this collection of videos to learn how to use common fruits and vegetables to create some great garnishes for your Food Show or Food Challenge entries.  These videos include garnishes with carrots, citrus, celery, cabbage, squash, and strawberries.

Photography

Basic Photography – This series of videos are intended to give you some ideas on basic photography.  Understanding apertures, shutter speed, and ISO is the foundation to great photos.  If you don’t know what these are, these should help.  You can also learn some important composition principles like the “rule of thirds,” and depth of field.  Use these to help you take better photos.

Creating a Multi-page TIFF – This video is intended to assist Senior 4-H members in creating a multipage TIFF file to submit their storyboard entry for the photography contest.
