The best approach to measuring changes in knowledge are to use this method.  The Pre-test should be administered at the start of the program.  After the entire program is concluded, or the guided instruction portion is concluded, the Post-test can be administered to the group.Pre-test

Measuring skills and attitudes can be assessed at the conclusion of the program with one instrument.  The retrospective post test asks participants to reflect on their experiences and responses that cause the participant to reflect on their own abilities and self-assess their own progress.Post-only Evaluation
